Dr Milin completed his MBBS from Seth GS Medical College and KEM hospital, Mumbai. He did his post graduation (DNB) in Orthopaedics under National Board
of Examinations at Soundarapandian Bone and Joint Hospital and Research Centre, Chennai. He then worked at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai for 18 months and gained immense
experience in dealing with speciality orthopaedics cases like arthroscopy, arthroplasty, spine surgery, oncology, and revision surgeries among other things.
He then joined Soundarapandian Bone and Joint Hospital and Research Center as a Consultant Surgeon. He worked in general orthopaedics, trauma and
especially in the spine surgical department. The Spine unit was further developed and refined by him. During the same time he also went abroad for his fellowship training to increase his knowledge and sharpen his surgical skills. He visited Denmark in 2014 and 2015 and was trained in advanced Spine Surgery under Dr Martin Gehrchen at Rigs Hospital, Copenhagen.
In 2016-17 he visited St Marys Hospital, Seoul, S korea and learned Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery and Endoscopic Spine Surgery under Prof Jin-Sung Kim. He relocated to Pune in 2017 and has been working as a Consultant Orthopaedic
and Spine Surgeon with attachment to multiple hospitals. After shifting to Pune, he has undergone further training in Spine Surgery at Instituto Clavel, Barcelona,
Spain. His current focus areas are Spine Surgery, Minimally invasive and Endoscopic Spine Surgery, Complex trauma management
